These Terms and Conditions govern all quotations, sales, and transactions conducted by ROBTECH ELECTRONIC. By placing an order, the buyer agrees to the terms outlined below.
1. Quotation Validity
All quotations issued by ROBTECH ELECTRONIC remain valid for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of issuance, unless otherwise specified in writing.
Product availability is subject to confirmation at the time of order placement.
2. Product Condition
Products may be offered in the following conditions:

New: Unused and in original condition

Pre-owned: Tested and verified to be in working condition
Pre-owned or discontinued items may present minor cosmetic signs due to prior use or storage. These do not affect functionality or performance.
The product condition will always be clearly specified in the quotation or invoice.
3. Shipping and Risk Transfer
All shipments include transport insurance when applicable.
Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the buyer once the goods are handed over to the shipping carrier.
4. Software and Configuration Responsibility
ROBTECH ELECTRONIC does not provide software setup, programming, or system integration services.
All configuration, installation, and parameterization are the sole responsibility of the customer.
5. Warranty Disclaimer
Unless otherwise required by law or explicitly stated, all products are provided without additional warranties, express or implied, including:

6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

ROBTECH ELECTRONIC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

This includes loss of production, revenue, data, contracts, or business opportunities

Total liability shall not exceed the value of the product purchased
Any technical guidance or recommendations provided are offered without liability.
7. Order Cancellation and Returns
Orders are considered final once confirmed.

Returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located within the State of Washington.
9. Cancellation and Non-Payment Fees
If an order is canceled after confirmation or payment is not completed, a 10% cancellation fee may be applied.
This fee covers administrative handling, processing, and inventory allocation.
10. Delivery Terms
All delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.
ROBTECH ELECTRONIC is not responsible for delays caused by:

Customs clearance

External logistics disruptions

Force majeure events
No penalties or claims related to delays shall apply unless agreed in writing.
11. Priority of Terms
These Terms and Conditions take precedence over any conflicting terms presented in purchase orders or other buyer documents.
Any additional terms proposed by the buyer will not be accepted unless formally agreed in writing.
12. Force Majeure
ROBTECH ELECTRONIC shall not be held responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Natural disasters

Government actions

Supply chain disruptions

Labor disputes

Transportation failures
Delivery timelines will be extended accordingly.
